I began my journey with self-care during a time when my career was so stressful that I began having daily panic attacks. That led me to understand the importance of having easy-to-access and apply mind and body techniques that allowed me to begin to more effectively manage my stress and overwhelm in the moment (and, then, preventatively), and ultimately get more done. The practices of Yin yoga and Qi Gong have given me more energy and better digestion, and helped me to get out of my head and make more purposeful decisions in my day-to-day.
While I am trained in Yin Yoga, breath work and Qi Gong practices (and this informs my “come from”), my goal is help you tap into what works best for you in body and mind. We’ll do this with easily digestible content focused on what matters in your day-to-day.
